Adventures in Oz with Cheryl™ offers almost two hours of fitness, health, and self-esteem lessons—a total wellness package for children ages 3 and up. Part One: Munchkidland offers beginner skill level activity, Part Two: Yellow Brick Road offers intermediate skill level activity, while Part Three: Emerald City is advanced. Utilizing an edutainment approach, Adventures in Oz™ presents educational components via the entertaining, fantasy-driven journey to Oz. The unique fitness aspect of the story line is carefully woven into the choreography of seventeen original songs. As the story line unfolds, our "adventurers" are periodically invited to get up and participate in songs and exercise. By engaging the imagination through character emulation, it's as simple as playing follow the leader.
